Scheduling Policy

ALL NEW CLIENTS, PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME 
 


Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are enforced.  Most appointments require a non refundable deposit.  This deposit covers no shows, late reschedules or cancelations but goes towards your service when you arrive.
  Rescheduling an appointment more than twice will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit will be required.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule their services. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your total service price. This includes same day appointment changes.
24 hour advance notice is require when needing to reschedule  
Reschedules outside the 24 hour window will be charged 50%  service fee.  
 
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 75% of the service price for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session (facial) may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and charged accordingly.
 
 If you know you will be running late, please call/text  BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to make sure your full service can still be completed or if it will need to be rescheduled (with proper charges).

 

In order to avoid any appointment miscommunication, it is important that clients CONFIRM their appointment when the reminders are sent out.  This will help avoid any no shows fee or help with making any necessary adjustments to appointments before the 24 hour cut off.
 
We realize that sometimes "real life" intrudes on previously made plans and for that reason, clients are offered ONE (1) grace period regarding any "last-minute" appointment cancelations or no show.
